Misprinted, Damaged, Defective items

If you have recieved faulty items, please contact us within 5 days after the delivery date.

And we require at least 2 photographs of the fault:

  • One is a close up of the fault.
  • The other is a full image of product.

A replacement item will be sent to you as soon as the fault has been approved.

We cannot accept any claims for faulty goods if they have been used, worn or in any way tampered with and we cannot accept any consequential losses relating to the purchase of these goods.

If you have the problem, just contact us, and please provide:

  • Your name.
  • Order number.
  • 2 photographs.
  • A brief explanation of what went wrong.

You will receive a reply from us within 24 hours, and if your claim is approved we will organize a replacement for you.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of all our products we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of your mind.
  • Incorrect sizes chosen.
